返品と返金
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of your online order.
To receive a full refund or an exchange, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all inclusions.
If the item has been opened or the seal has been removed, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The product must still be in like-new condition with all original inclusions.
For change-of-mind returns (no product defect, seal not removed), a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
All returned items are inspected. If there are signs of use, damage, or missing components, the return may be rejected or additional fees may be deducted.
Once the returned item arrives, we will review and process it within up to 3 business days.
Please note that outer boxes (outbox) and plastic wrapping are considered protective packaging. Returns based only on minor damage to the outer packaging may not be approved.
Certain items such as light sticks and limited edition products may be subject to additional inspection before a refund is approved.

Please start your return request from the order history page in your account.
Once your return is approved, an email will be sent with return instructions and the return address.
For returns, the customer is responsible for taking the parcel to the post office and sending it back. A prepaid shipping label is not provided.
Please include the original packing slip inside the return parcel.
If you have lost it, include a note with your full name and order number.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund or applied to the exchange.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
