- Tracking Number
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once your package has been shipped.
You can find your tracking number on the order details page of the platform (eBay / store account / order history).
- Where to Track Your Order
You can track your package using:
The order page on the platform where you purchased the item, and/or
The official website of the carrier (e.g. Korea Post, DHL, FedEx, etc.) using the tracking number provided.
- Tracking Updates & Scan Delays
After your package is shipped, it may take 1–3 business days for the first tracking updates to appear.
Once the parcel arrives in your country, it is usually handed over to the local postal service or courier, and tracking will continue on their system.
Please note that tracking may not update during customs inspection or handover between carriers, even though the parcel is still moving.
- If Your Tracking Has Not Updated for a While
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7–10 days,
please contact us with your order number and tracking number, and we will help you check the situation with the carrier as much as possible.
In some cases, delays may be caused by customs clearance, local delivery backlog, holidays, or weather conditions.
