Missing Album Inclusions Policy

First of all, thank you sincerely for purchasing your item through KSENDY.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by missing inclusions in your album package.

If any inclusions such as photo cards, postcards, posters, or other items are missing from your album,
KSENDY will gladly assist you with either a refund or a replacement, according to your preference.

- Required Documents

To process your request smoothly, please provide the following materials:

Proof of Purchase
(Order confirmation email, receipt, or screenshot of your order history)

Unboxing Video

The video must show the entire process from opening the delivery box to unsealing the album and checking all inclusions.

The sealed condition of the album and the contents inside must be clearly visible.

The video must be original and unedited.

- How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Go to your Order History page or fill out the [Request Form] to start your return/exchange request.

When submitting your request, please attach:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order screenshot)

The full unboxing video (showing package opening → album unsealing → inclusion check)

After reviewing your submission, we will contact you with the next steps for either a refund or a replacement shipment, depending on your choice.

- Important Notes

If the provided video is unclear or does not show the full process, verification may not be possible, and the request may be limited.

Only unedited, original footage will be accepted as proof.

Damage to the outer packaging during transit does not qualify as missing inclusions.
