Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
An unboxing video is required for all claims.
Please note that outer boxes are used solely to protect the product during shipping.
Minor damage to the outer box does not qualify as a reason for return or refund, as it does not affect the actual product.

In such cases, customs duties and taxes are assessed by local customs authorities and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
