By placing an order on KSENDY, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payment, shipping, returns, and general use of our shop.

1. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept only the payment methods listed on our store (e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.).
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- We guarantee that all products are 100% authentic and shipped securely with protective packaging.
- KSENDY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local couriers, or uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect address or the buyer’s absence at the time of delivery, the reshipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
1. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is proven defective.
- The outbox of albums is designed only to protect the contents (CDs, photobooks, photocards, etc.). Minor scratches, dents, or damage to the outbox are not considered valid reasons for refunds or exchanges.
- Notice: For accurate verification of any product defects, damages, or missing components, you must record an unboxing video immediately upon delivery. This video will be required to process any claims regarding issues with the product. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
1. Product Authenticity
- All items sold by KSENDY are sourced directly from official distributors and manufacturers.
- We do not sell or handle counterfeit products under any circumstances.
1. Limitation of Liability
- KSENDY is not responsible for damages or issues caused by misuse, mishandling, or external shipping factors beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
1. Agreement
    
    By using our shop and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. KSENDY reserves the right to update these terms as needed.
